Okay, so sorry it has been forever since I last blogged for us. Big things are happening in the lil Houston household...well a lil one actually!
There has been endless traveling lately, and I have been trying my best to keep a smile on my face through all the symptoms of first trimester pregnancy. But I cannot complain, I am thankful that I feel sometimes down right poopie because it lets me know how blessed I am to have a growing baby inside:)
I do have to brag on my most amazing, incredible HUSBAND!!! He has been more than a servant to me over the last two months, I cannot begin to describe the amount of love and support, not to mention endless chores he does for me without blinking an eye. Everyday I wake up to, "Angie how are you feeling, what can I do for you." God is truly teaching me some serious lessons on humility, I guess I never knew I had a hard time asking for help. I also never knew that so many people really do care about me, everyday, and that is why the "how are you feeling today" questions throw me off so much.
Big news for us on our travels. Jon got his official papers. Well, and for safety reasons for me, ahhem, you should ask me. What I can say is that we should be packing up for Germany at the end of May 2008 if everything goes to plan. How do I feel about this? Yes Im a bit scared, but more thankful, how many people do you know get to go romp around Europe for 3 years ey? And we will always have an open door policy for anyone needing an excuse to visit Europe!!!
And I havent gone public yet with my blog for one big reason...LOL I know I'll get reminded to update it...LOL But I know, its good practice for me, I need to love it because it will mostly be our only way of communicating with ones we love. Ill need lessons on how to post videos and possibly get a webcam so that the little one will still be able to see friends and family. I think that is my biggest worry, that our little one wont recognize or know my family and amazing friends when we return. But I know God is good, and I trust our time in Germany will be well spent!!!
